Gorgeous vintage 1960s/1970s Welsh Woollens Tapestry cape with sewn in interior vest. The cape has a big collar and double flat felled seams. The sleeveless interior vest has a center metal zipper with ring pull and a cute rounded patch pocket on the lower right side.The collar, hem, center front of the cape and the pocket are all trimmed in a wide wool 1×1 rib binding. Hand loomed in Wales, the piece is stunning, beautifully constructed and in wonderful condition.
