I will take care to wrap items for post. They are FRAGILE – so I do recommend that you purchase postage insurance against damages.

I will NOT refund or replace items broken in the post if you don’t buy insurance.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:

I do NOT offer any form of refunds or exchanges on my items. These are costume pieces and also wearable art.

While I take all possible care to create beautiful pieces, I am human and these are handmade, so they will never be 100% perfect. They are all unique pieces of art. If there is a small visible stitch, or tiny trace of glue then I apologise in advance for any tiny imperfections. I inspect each one before it is put up for sale, and quality check to the best of my ability.

I do use recycled and reclaimed materials in some of my work. There will be pieces that have signs of distressing or age and that adds character to the piece and some unique style. In the interest of a sustainable future, I enjoy reclaiming and recycling materials so they can have a new life being something beautiful, and not just end up in landfill.

I have had people buy pieces, do a photo shoot in them, and then return them later, so unfortunately I have had to stop accepting any returns or exchanges. As an artist my livelihood depends on the sale of my work.
