This mini clown hat is made with a beautiful black satin with pom poms in white up the front. It stands 8″ inches high and slides onto a black headband so you can wear it in any position.

This can be made for a child or adult.

I am not a costume rental shop. I must be contacted THE NEXT DAY if you are not completely pleased with your purchase. Items must be sent back within TWO DAYS and you must provide me with tracking.
If you have ordered as a rush and give a date that you need it and then contact me after that date- that also negates any returns.
I am not responsible for the USPS or FEDEX for not getting your items to you in time as long as I have held up my end of the deal and gotten them out in time.
