About Refund&Return: Our items are all made to order. Once we start to produce, refunds and returns are NOT acceptable. However, if we make a wrong item or there is something wrong with the item on the way(especially fragile items), please take a picture of it and negotiate with us and we’ll refund or send you a new one.
