The helmet has a thick memory foam liner installed in tandem with ultra-premium and plush marshmallow crown-pads.
–Also included in the box is a care kit with a variety of self-adhesive sizing pads for adjustment, dialing in the comfort level, and getting a perfect custom fit or replacing the liner over time.

The Large size fits most adults and teens who measure 22 inches to 24 inches around the crown of the head, just above the ears.
— Oval/egg-shaped heads may have an issue with nose clearance, while ovoid and round heads do not.
— fits a little loose on pre-teens aged 10-12 or so, but can be made up with extra padding. Mention to us with your order that it is for a younger person, and we will pad it accordingly.
— if you have a lot of hair or other concerns, order the X-Large to be sure and save an exchange!

The X-Large size fits rather universally for adults who measure between 22″ to 26″ around the crown of the head, just above the ears.
— Comes padded ready to wear out of the box for the most common size we see, to fit 25″ (equivalent of a motorcycle XL). The padding can be rearranged or swapped out to fit up to the shell inner size limit of 27 inches diameter or down to 22″ (fits hat sizes 7 – 8 1/2)
— in our experience, 99% of adults fit this helmet perfectly out of the box. Minor addition or removal of strategically placed foam pads ensure a perfect fit, even in the case of dreadlocks or ponytails or eyeglasses
— extra clearance for big hair, ponytails, and buns
— compatible with eyeglasses
— expanded clearances everywhere provide ample room for nose, ears, and airflow
— over 1.5 inches of additional nose clearance versus the regular size
— longer helmet and visor better conceal beards, while still allowing range of motion without knocking the helmet into your chest or shoulders when you turn your head or look down

— Basic Pricing:
(these are the typical total costs of features that would be added to the base helmet pricing)

+ $15 – add a simple hand-painted stencil, symbol, character, or logo in a single color in a single place or symmetrically – great for kanji, symbols, claw marks, geometric things like the youtube logo, and similar
+ $75 – custom simple paint job with any color combination for trim, details, helmet, and accents
+ $175 – automotive quality paint job with a highly polished finish (add up to 4 weeks lead time for complex requests and paint drying/curing time)
+ $30 – include an extra visor in an alternate color and make the visors hot-swappable
+ $??? – custom 3D modeling or R&D, from-scratch creations, product development and similar will be considered on a case-by-case basis as the complexity can vary vastly, from a few hours to 10,000 hours of labor (For example “can you add horns to this?” versus “can you make me a predator helmet movie replica?” are vastly different burdens lol).
