Avengers Assemble! There is no better shield to show off your love of justice and country than our Captain America’s shield! Inspired by the shield wielded by Captain America in Marvel’s comics and MCU, it is available in a convention friendly 17″ in diameters, made from wood, hand painted, and has two straps affixed to the back for easy carrying. The shield is incredibly lightweight so that you can carry it all day at a con, fight off Hydra as a cosplay prop, or just show off your patriotism and nerdy love as wall decoration.

DELUXE VS. STANDARD OPTION
When purchasing choose between our Standard finish which features the front of the shield fully painted and assembled, and the back of the shield features two affixed straps for easy carrying and display. Our Deluxe finish features the previous options, but in addition the back of the shield is painted silver to complete the look and the straps are upgraded to adjustable Backpack straps so that you can carry your shield on your back comfortably.

HOW WE MAKE IT:
We make all of our product from a soft ¼” thick pine or birch wood; whatever we can purchase at the best price.We then layer the levels which creates a more solid yet lightweight replica (*although we do not suggest ‘LARPing’ as this may cause the product to chip).The layered levels also provide us the opportunity to paint the different colors that is needed for each replica.We spend time prepping the wood for painting and priming the edges since this is the hardest part in getting the paint to adhere.We use glue and micro nails to bring all of the parts together.Some of our products can take time to prep, like our 17” chakrams. Our labor is dependent upon the layers of wood needed, the details on paint pieces or the hand painting required.
