This tie bar is perfect for:

Simply send us a file of your drawing/design and we will do the rest! Drawings work best when they are on blank paper (not ruled paper). If in doubt, message us with your image before you purchase.

Process for ordering:

1) Message us through Etsy with your design attached to the message (you can also e-mail us instead if you’d rather).

2) Purchase the listing – there is nowhere to add the drawing at Checkout so that will have to be sent by message/e-mail. We will contact you directly ourselves if you have issues sending us your design. So do not worry if you don’t manage to send us the file initially.

3) We will send you a “digital proof” of what the design would look on your tie bar to approve (see listing photos for examples). You have 24 hours to request any changes. One set of changes can be made & second proof will be sent out if extensive changes are needed.

4) Order will be made up & posted out

A choice of fonts is available as shown in the last photo if you would like standardtext on your tie bar in addition to your custom design. Unless otherwise specified, the font shown in sample image showing tie bar back will be used (2. Lucida Calligraphy). You can message us anytime before/after purchase. We respond quickly.

The tie bar measures 1/4 inches in width and comes in 3 lengths to fit modern tie sizes:
• 1.5 inch length suitable for Skinny ties
• 2 inch length suitable for Modern regular ties
• 2.5 inch length suitable for Traditional ties

The tie bars are available in 3 different metals:
• Solid Sterling Silver (925)
• Copper
• Brass

You can select your tie bar length and material from drop down list at Checkout. You can further choose to have text on the back of the tie bar for a little extra.

NOTES ON YOUR PERSONALISATION TEXT

• Any characters / symbols can be engraved.
• We suggest limiting the characters to a maximum of:
– Traditional/Modern tie bar (2.5 or 2″): 30 characters
– Skinny tie bar (1.5″): 20 characters
• Unless otherwise specified, font used will be 2 Lucida Calligraphy.
• Other fonts available as shown in the last photo. If you’d like a different font to the default, leave instructions of your preferred font when you leave your personalisation text.
