Prosthetic SFX Wound #35 (Laceration wound2)

A soft silicone special effects wound prosthetic to use in movie or tv productions, halloween, photoshootings or other events. Suitable for cosplayer, LARPer, performers, dancers and any person interested in makeup. The pre-painted kit is an excellent way for beginners to start out in the special effects makeup world! Easy to use and with everything included!

Size: 8,5cm x 8cm x 0,4cm / 3.34″ x 3″ x 0.15″ (with the flashing frame to help with the application process)

Prosthetic is made of cap plastic made of Baldiez (dissolves with acetone) and Platsil Gel 00. Everything is latex-free.

Silicone pieces can be painted by yourself with alcohol activated makeup paints, foundation or other makeup (like blush, concealer, etc.) to achieve an even more realistic look.

Choose between 3 different skin-tones: Light (i.e. caucasian), Medium (i.e. latino, mediteranean, tan) and Dark (i.e. african). (All pictures of the applied wound are in the shade “Light”.)

!!! – These prosthetic are a one time use item! They will break when removed and cannot be reused for multiple purposes. – !!!

Read the enclosed instructions and safety precautions carefully.

Caution: Do not apply prosthetic on top of eyes, nose holes, mouth, genitalia, body orifices, mucous membrane, or on open cuts, wounds, rashes, or other skin conditions. For external use only! If unsure of products, run a patch test. If skin irritation or other complications arrise, immediatly remove and consult a doctor or physician! Keep out of reach of children!
Remove the prosthetic no later than 8 hours after applying with 99% alcohol, acetone or an oily makeup remover and wash the skin with warm water and soap. Sometimes small pieces of cap plastic will remain on the skin, they will wash away after a good shower. Don’t forget to moisturize afterwards!

Don’t wear silicone prosthetics every day! The general rule is: 3 days with prosthetic, 1 day break so the skin can regenerate and heal from possible irritations.
