Ones you get the Track & Trace number from us, you can track your package via the website https://www.internationalparceltracking.com
Occasionally it can happen that the package gets lost at the delivery service.
You can get an insurance for €2.50 so you can get a full refund if the package gets lost on the way.

If you choose NOT to include the insurance, there are two options:
1. If the parcel has been offered at the correct address (and probably you were not home at the time of delivery) and the package does not return to us, you cannot get a refund at all.

2. If the parcel has been offered at the correct address (and probably you were not home at the time of delivery) and the parcel returns to us, you can choose to let us resend the parcel again, but you will have to pay for the shipping cost again.
