ATTENTION!!! After over 4 years the mold of this mask has started to fail and I am forced to retire this design. It will be replaced with a new version sometime in 2021. I will be accepting orders on this design until then as long as the mold lasts.

Each mask starts with our new resin shell.  Finished masks are upholstered in cloth that has been tea stained to give the mask an aged look. It’s flanges and respirator cans are also cast resin and are painted to look like rusted metal. The mask is then finished with stitching and a fine black mesh is applied to the mouth to allow for easy breathing while keeping your face hidden. If you are looking for a “kit” version for a lower cost please look over our additional options below.

SHELL: Raw rotational cast shell made from Smooth Cast 65D a high-impact plastic. Shell are randomly colored so we can coat the mold evenly. We pop it out of the mold and ship it straight to you.
