Cape for girls with 3-D flowers

The cape is made of soft tulle.

Cape length 18 in (45cm)

Consists of one layer of tulle.
The neck of the cape has a cut edge.
The flowers on the cape are sewn by hand. A crystal is sewn into the middle of the flowers, which gives a wonderful reflection of the sun’s rays.
The flowers are NOT glued to the tulle.
At the back(cape neck), the cape is tied with a delicate satin ribbon.
This makes it convenient to put on a cape.
