Washing;
For Pawstar products that include faux fur, we suggest washing with a gentle soap (such as Woolite©) and cold water, then allowing the product to drip dry. It is very, very important that you do not attempt to dry fur in a dryer. Faux fur can be permanently damaged by heat. Heat damage is not covered under the Pawstar manufacturers warranty.

We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after the product is delivered. The item will have to be in “like new” condition ( no perfumes, no cigarette smell, no glitter, no pet hair, no human hair, no evidence of washing, ect). Before sending a product back, please contact our customer support team for more info.
